I don't watch Desperate Housewives, but it's impossible to remain unaware of the show with the amount of time I spend on the Internet. That said, the ratings-grabber kiss between Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher's characters caught my attention. It bums me out that the "I kissed a girl" card is being played as a shocking, yet accepted, move. How much more can we cater to the "Girls Gone Wild" ethos? If it were a true move forward in accepting sexuality, that would be cool. However it looks like another play to please the back-slapping, "Hey, that's hot" rule of man. Not to turn away any of you lovely guys that read PLP! I'm just sayin'...
