This is a full on cat-fight, in girl world! Holly Madison threw a party for Hugh Hefner and his girlfriends to celebrate
season six of The Girl's Next Door (on the dime and at the request of E!, I'm sure) in Vegas the other day. There
was an upset over an ex, but not the one you would've assumed. Madison actually came head-to-head with a jilted lover of her former boyfriend, Criss Angel. Alicia Jacobs, a local Las Vegas based reporter, was at Hef's bash - but it seems she was also there to question Holly about her fling with Angel. Alicia reportedly found Holly to be "not sweet" and "not a good interview" - which
Jacobs, of course, Twittered about moments after their meeting. Holly, not to be outdone,
took to her blog to clear the air. What Holly really accomplished was an exercise in subtle slams worthy of any high schooler in the midst of a spat. Madison claims to have complemented Jacobs on the dress she was wearing, but also alludes to her age several times. She even flat-out calls Alicia old at one point in the lengthy comeback when defending her pink hair extensions, "Older people might think pink hair extensions are weird." She then goes onto imply that Alicia isn't good looking enough to have even kept company with Criss. Oh, it's definitely on! Holly wraps up her statement with the ultimate irony, "
Frankly, I think it's a case of someone desperate for ratings trying to start a bunch of gossip to get her name in the papers."
