Actor Kal Penn, best known for his Harold & Kumar movies, as well as his role on House, is moving on - but not in a way I would have ever guessed. Apparently Kal actively campaigned for Barack Obama - and now wishes to take a break from acting to work full-time with the President! In regards to his new job, Penn said he'll be "the associate director in the White House office of public liaison. They do outreach with the American public and with different organizations. They're basically the front door of the White House. They take out all of the red tape that falls between the general public and the White House." That's an incredible and unexpected move. I'm impressed - a lot of people say they want to help change things (myself included), but here's a real-life example someone taking action. Congratulations and best of luck, Kal!
