Wow. Do these girls have parents? And, if so, where are they? What in the hell is going on here? This is Miley's little sister, Noah Cyrus, and some of her prepubescent friends (aka: Disney stars) hanging out on a stripper pole for the "Totally Texty Teen Choice Awards Pre-Party." The last time we saw Noah, she was wearing a bikini to a red carpet event. This seems to be the next logical step in her career.
