Cruise and Sapir are old enemies. In 2001, the star sued Sapir for $100 million; Sapir had claimed that he had a video proving his "homosexual relationship" with Cruise. The suit was settled, and both parties acknowledged that the tape did not exist. Now, however, Sapir says that Pellicano illegally wiretapped his phone during the 2001 litigation.
